A skilled manager and supervisor seeks perspectives on his own management work, reflects on his own successes and areas for development. - For an entrepreneur, managing people often comes at the expense of running a business, and there is not necessarily the necessary certainty. - As the company grows, management is once again faced with new challenges and the entire company's culture can crack in its joints. Too many are left with management alone. The general idea is that leadership should somehow come naturally. It's bullshit!

Management is a skill just like others and it can be learned. In order to become the kind of skilled leader you are, you need motivation, appropriate humility and an attitude of continuous development. In addition, it is important that you have an external and neutral sparring partner with whom you can reflect on things and who will challenge your thinking in a suitable way.
