I am a long-time professional in the hotel and restaurant industry. I have more than 20 years of experience in managerial and customer service roles.
The strengths of my skills can be found in the traditional cornerstones of restaurant management; personnel management, customer service development, maintaining work well-being and, perhaps most importantly, utilizing social skills .
I have led companies in the field in very difficult crisis situations and managed to navigate the challenges excellently. With my negotiation skills, I have been able to sort out the internal problems of the organization's personnel and thus build a successful team striving for a common goal.
